What is SpyParty?

SpyParty is a spy game about human behavior, performance, perception, and deception. While most espionage games have you spend your time shooting stuff, blowing stuff up, and driving fast, SpyParty has you hide in plain sight, deceive your opponent, and detect subtle behavioral tells to achieve your objectives.

In Challenger bitbandingpig, who had yet allow an opponent to get to even five wins, fell behind 3-5 against the also-undefeated masterblastr before winning the final four games in an intense casted set. dowsey won 7-2 over bayushi, incnone scored a lopsided 7-1 victory over doomedbunnies, and c9high defeafted amlabella 7-3. bitbandingpig, c9high, and incnone are the only three perfect (4-0) players left in Challenger, but three others are still undefeated (3-0-1), and five more are just two points back.

In Iron, the only resolved match to date is jecat and ml726 (casted here), who fought to a draw and sit one and two at the top of the division, with seven and five points, respectively.

No Copper matches were played this week.

In Bronze, catnip defeated arturiax in a live casted match, splitting every map except Courtyard. jyaty narrowly defeated nanthelas 7-5 in a casted match to improve to 4-0, one of only three such players in the entire SCL. catnip and nanthelas are tied for second with identical 2-1-1 records.

In Silver, yerand defeated james1221 7-3 to improve to 3-0, and has yet to allow an opponent to reach even four wins, and checker avoided a forfeiture by playing his Week 2 matchup with wodar just hours before the deadline, falling 7-2.

In Gold, pwndnoob scored a definitive 7-1 victory over scallions to take over first place. noob has yet to lose, opening the season at 2-0-2, and is neck-and-neck with falconhit, who defeated sharper and holdes a one point edge for the division lead. That match was casted.

We saw a huge shakeup in Platinum last week, but only one of its three scheduled Week 4 matches have taken place yet: cleetose defeated drawnonward 7-3, winning the final three games, and sits in first with a 3-0-1 record.

The top spot in Diamond changed hands again as krazycaley defeated warningtrack 7-4. bloom tied his second consecutive match, this time against canadianbacon (but with four spy wins contra last week’s zero), and magician1099 fell to 0-4 after losing to kcmmmmm 7-3.
